People Leader | Bec joined Hampton Swim School as a Program Representative in January 2012 and has grown into one of our most experienced leaders. Today, Bec is our People Leader, mentoring our teaching team through their continuous development. She plays an important role in helping new Program Representatives build confidence and skills to deliver exceptional lessons.

Bec has been recognised for her dedication to the industry as a finalist for Swim Teacher of the Year at the Australian Swim School Awards. A proud mum of two adult children who both learnt to swim through the Hampton program, Bec is a passionate advocate for child development and creating positive experiences in the water for every family.

🌿 Outside the Pool
Outside Hampton, Bec loves staying involved in her kids’ sports and activities. She also loves cooking and even previously applied for My Kitchen Rules! 🍳
