Service Coordinator | Sam joined Hampton Swim School as a Program Representative in September 2020 and has grown into her current role as one of our Service Coordinators. Sam is passionate about continuous improvement in operations, building strong customer experiences and creating meaningful relationships with our families and team. With a wealth of life and industry experience across hospitality, retail, transport, construction and swim teaching with babies and toddlers, Sam brings a diverse perspective and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

🌱 Outside the Pool
Outside Hampton, Sam loves gardening and has a goal of growing her own fruits and vegetables. She enjoys sharing the joy of planting, nurturing and harvesting with her daughter, who she describes as her greatest achievement.
