Operations Leader | Matt first joined Hampton Swim School in 2016 as Head of Operations and today is our Operations Leader, contributing across many areas of Hampton including swim school operations, service leadership and team development. With a wealth of knowledge across the swim industry and health club management, Matt leads from the frontline in workforce planning, employee HR administration and venue management.

Matt is passionate about creating positive experiences for both our families and our team. As a leader, he supports the development of our people and helps ensure Hampton continues to deliver exceptional service across every area of the business. Matt is also a proud dad to his own young Hampton swimmers and enjoys experiencing the program from both sides of the pool — as a teacher and as a parent cheering on his daughters during their lessons.

⚽ Outside the Pool
Outside Hampton, Matt enjoys football, water polo, board games and plenty of Bluey marathons with his daughters. He loves spending quality time with his family and staying connected to the activities they enjoy together.
