Program Representative | Lily joined Hampton Swim School in June 2026 as a Program Representative in our SwimSteps program. With a passion for helping others learn and grow, Lily enjoys creating fun and positive experiences for swimmers while supporting children to build confidence and develop their skills in the water.

🌟 A Little More About Lily
Lily has a strong connection to sport, with netball being a big part of her life both as a player and as a coach since 2020. She loves encouraging and developing others, bringing the same passion for growth and teamwork into her role at Hampton. Swimming has also been part of Lily’s life from an early age, with her mum having previously been a swim teacher. Lily’s personal work philosophy is: “You can make anything fun and it won’t feel like work.” She values praise, reward, training and leading others, and is excited by opportunities to continue developing as part of the Hampton team.

🏐 Outside the Pool
Outside Hampton, Lily enjoys being involved in sport, particularly netball, where she continues to play and coach. She loves connecting with others, supporting her teammates and helping those around her grow and achieve their goals.
