Organisational Development Leader | Jen has been an integral part of the Hampton family since 2010, first joining as our Learning and Development Manager. Today, Jen is our Organisational Development Leader, driving business strategy and supporting our Leadership Team in professional growth and continued business improvement.

🏊 A Little More About Jen
Alongside her HR expertise, Jen became a Swim Teacher in 2005 and discovered a passion for helping children achieve through positive reinforcement and behaviour management techniques. These principles continue to influence the way we support swimmers and build our Hampton programs today.

Jen lives by the philosophies: “Lean productivity guarantees improvement” and “Everybody deserves every opportunity to learn.”

Jen is a proud mum of an adult son who completed the full Hampton journey as a child and is now a Swim Teacher and Lifeguard himself. She has also represented Hampton by presenting at national and international industry conferences, sharing her knowledge and passion with the wider swim school community.

🏋️ Outside the Pool
Outside of Hampton, Jen is passionate about fitness and enjoys participating in Les Mills group fitness programs. She loves continuing to learn, challenge herself and embrace new opportunities.
