Charlize joined Hampton Swim School as a SwimSteps Program Representative in 2026. Growing up in Brisbane’s bayside, Charlize has been surrounded by the water her whole life, with both her grandmother and cousin also working as swim teachers!

🌟 A Little More About Charlize
Before joining Hampton, Charlize gained experience in hospitality at a local sports club and as an all-rounder for a superyacht interior customisation company. These experiences helped her develop a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a passion for creating positive experiences for others.

🎨 Outside the Pool
Charlize loves expressing her creativity through baking, dancing, sailing, painting and even creating mixed CDs! She believes her artistic eye helps her bring care, creativity and precision to everything she does.
