2-4-1 Terms and Conditions

Please read before booking 2-4-1 lesson special:

• 2-4-1 bookings are processed automatically when received through iClass Pro 
• This offer only applies to swimmers in our BabySteps & SwimSteps & StrokeSteps (learn to swim) programs. TEAM ACCELERATE, Private, Adult, and Starfish are not included.  
• 2-4-1 offer only relates to the same child doing their 2nd lesson per week in the relevant programs.
• Customers taking part in the 2-4-1 offer are not eligible for makeup classes during this period as you are receiving 13 free lessons
• Swimmers who miss four consecutive weeks of their free second lesson without notifying absence will be removed from their 241 class.
• Monthly payment continues as normal via iClass Pro for 1 enrolled lesson per month
• Customers must opt out of 2nd lesson by dropping this in the customer portal by the 25th of August 2026 if they do not wish to continue the second lesson
• Spaces are limited, and we cannot guarantee a suitable class being available at your preferred day and time or for convenience of sibling alignment. Our schedule is subject to change at all times, and encourage you to check regularly for preferred times during the promotion.
