How do I enrol in a class?

New customers can contact our Enrolments Team by calling (07) 3399 2004 – press Option 1, then Option 1 again.
Alternatively, email enrol@hamptonswimschool.com.au to discuss available class options.

We welcome new students to trial a class before committing to ongoing enrolment.

How do I navigate the Customer Portal or iClass Pro App?

Most account management can be done through our Customer Portal; iClass Pro app.
This includes booking make-ups, updating enrolments, and notifying absences.

How do I change a class?

You can request a class change through the customer portal.

How do I drop a lesson?

Drop requests must be submitted via the customer portal by the 25th of the month to take effect at the end of that billing period.
The drop date will match the final day of the period listed on your latest invoice.

How do I notify an absence?

Absences must be submitted through the portal before the scheduled lesson begins.
For paid lessons, once the attendance is marked by your teacher in our system, a make-up token will be issued.

How do I book a make-up lesson?

Make-up tokens:

  • Are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Can be booked up to 8 days in advance
  • Are subject to class availability

Please note: Make-up tokens are a complimentary service and are not redeemable for credit or used in place of regular class payments. Missed make-up lessons do not generate new tokens.

What if I need to take a break due to holidays or illness?

If you’re away for 2 or more consecutive weeks, we offer a 50% discount when notified in advance via email.
This secures your place in the class while you’re away, and no make-up tokens are issued for the missed period.

The discount is applied as a credit on your next invoice.

How long do your programs run for?

Our programs are structured in four-week learning blocks within a 12-week cycle.
Enrolments are ongoing and automatically roll over to the next skill level at the end of each cycle.

What qualifications do your teachers hold?

All our instructors are highly qualified:

  • SwimSteps teachers hold a Teacher of Water Safety certificate
  • BabySteps teachers hold a Teacher of Infants and Toddlers certificate
    Many staff are certified in both.

Who can participate in your programs?

We offer classes for all ages and abilities:

  • Free baby classes for 0–6 months
  • BabySteps for children from 6 months onwards
  • Classes all the way up to Black Squad and Adult Learn-to-Swim
